LOCATION

Vrboska is a town often referred to as Little Venice due to its long inlet and several stone bridges. It has an impressive selection of cafe bars and restaurants as well as several supermarkets and a post office. The town is blessed with several beaches the most well-known being Soline, one of the few sandy beaches which is less than ten minutes walk away. These days Vrboska is a thriving seaside town and benefits from a year-round yacht marina, a fine sandy beach and also a naturist campsite (enclosed and private). Nearby Jelsa has a daily catamaran service via Bol on the island of Brac to Split.

DEVELOPMENT

The project has been designed by the highly respected International firm of architects Dalton + O’Donnell with great care ensuring that all the houses have a commanding first-row view of the sea. Living rooms have been deliberately designed to maximise the orientation to allow the fabulous outlook while terraces have been strategically placed. The majority of the villas are tailored with a swimming pool and each villa has at least two parking spaces to cap off this luxurious lifestyle concept on the island that officially boasts the highest number of hours of sunshine over the year in the Adriatic!
